Cancellations and Refunds

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of the produce received, you should contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours of receipt, providing your contact details and the nature of the problem. All complaints will be dealt with by our senior team and we will be in touch with you at the earliest possible time.

If you wish to cancel or amend your Christmas order you must notify us as soon as possible, either by telephone or email: We regret that we cannot offer refunds on cancellations for Christmas orders after 12th December. If we receive a cancellation prior to this date, we will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation and refund you in full for the item(s).

If changes to an existing order are required, please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavor to fulfil any change requirements. We cannot guarantee any changes to orders later than 18th December.
