How To Order

We always encourage customers to place Christmas orders through this website, where you will find our full festive range.

We take full pre-payment of all Christmas orders and operate timed collection slots to help reduce waiting times. Our collection point will be located in our Takeout (round the corner from the main shop).

For those who prefer to place an order in person, you can come into the shop and a member of our team will go through the order with you. We also discuss collection slots with you and take full payment at the time of ordering.

Our shop will remain open as normal for any extras items to be purchased on the day.

FAQ's

Below are some of our frequently asked Christmas questions. If you cannot find the information you need below, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you with your requirements.

We recommend storing your turkey, poultry or joints in the fridge between 0C and 4C. Remove the items from the box or any other packaging and place on a plate, loosely covered before refrigerating. By ensuring there is space around your turkey for air flow, makes for optimum storage conditions.

We recommend removing your turkey or festive meat from the fridge in time for it to return to room temperature before cooking.

All our festive poultry products are guaranteed to be at their best until 26th December, provided that they are stored correctly. Once cooked, turkey or sliced meat leftovers will last for approximately 5-6 days in the refrigerator, enabling you to create delicious dishes for Boxing Day and beyond. Check out some of our tasty leftover recipes below.

You can find our recommendations for the approximate minimum weight of bird or joint to order as below:

Whole Turkeys – ½ kg per person
Turkey Breast Roasts – ¼ kg per person
Turkey Crowns & Saddles – 1/3 kg per person
Whole Geese allow up to 1kg per person
Whole Duck feeds approximately 4 people
Boneless Beef Joint 1.36kg (3lb) feeds approximately 6 people
Bone-in Beef Joint 1.8kg (4lb) feeds approximately 5 people
